◎The eraser is the first thing you'll need in order to carve a stamp.
The design is transferred to tracing paper, cut out in the shape of the design, and then carved with a box cutter or carving knife.
◎Tsukui has been using this product since 1995, when she started her eraser stamp activity.
・Soft: It is recommended for children, beginners, and for carving simple designs because it is easy to cut out and has low blade resistance, even for large hollowing out.
It may not be suitable for carving detailed designs.
・Hard: It's a little harder, so you'll feel a little more resistance to the blade than the soft one, but once you get used to it, the hard one is more durable and lasts longer.
Smaller designs, such as character/letter stamps, are less likely to break and deteriorate over time, so hard erasers are definitely recommended once you get used to them.
