Normally, the tip of the thin cutter blade is at an angle of 58 degrees, but this is a cutter blade with a 30 degree pointy edge for workmanship.
You can use an ordinary thin cutter by replacing the blade alone.
(Some handles may not fit. The manufacturer does not recommend it, so use at your own risk).
By switching the cutting edge to 30 degrees, it is easy to see the pattern even for small hollowing out, and it is also easy to insert the cutting edge to the center for large hollowing out.
(However, your fingers will be a little more tired than a thick cutter.)
The blade is oriented to pull the blade toward you, making it very stable and suitable for carving with an eraser in your hand.
If you can carve everything with just a thick cutter, you may not need it, but if you find it easier to carve with a thin cutter, give it a try.
When we send it by mail, we wrap it in cardboard to prevent the tip of the blade from sticking out.
It's a sharp blade, so be careful not to injure yourself when replacing it.
※Please note that it is not possible to use a replacement blade for a large-blade cutter such as EXL-500.
